Box wedding invitations

The bottom part is made of 120g creative paper (I love using Curious Metal or Stardream paper!) and an octagon is cut out. Of course, printing on the paper is done before trimming. :) Then it needs scoring.
As for the lid, I use much thicker paper (250-300g). Before scoring and gluing it is embossed and inked so that I could get any color I like. The base paper is either white or beige. Then I decorate the lid with die-cuts (e. g. Memory Box butterfly) or Mulberry roses (ordered from England). Nowadays I have started to decorate my cards with dried flowers cause they add some romance to them.

Let me share some of my box cards with you:

Thanks for popping in!
